Despite being illegal in most countries, marijuana is widely used for medicinal purposes. This is due to its many health benefits.

Many believe that use of cannabis has a freeing effect on the mind, allowing free expression of ideas. Others claim it improves productivity at work and increases creativity during creative tasks.

Its effects are also believed to improve physical health, including mental health. Several studies have confirmed that use of cannabis is not only beneficial to the eyes but can also improve the quality of the brain.

However, there are several steps that must be taken before using cannabis in order to talk about its effects on the body and mind.

This is not a surprise since creative people like others who share their creativity. Having access to cannabis makes people feel more creative and emotive which is nice quality money.

Unfortunately, people who use cannabis are more susceptible to drug addiction. Specifically, crystal meth or meth is more susceptible to addiction than marijuana is.

It is important to note that while being addicted to drugs can be painful and/or depressing, using cannabis can be even worse. You may feel disoriented, uncomfortable, and/or emotive when using it. These symptoms may last for days after you use it.

Marijuana and music

There may be a link between cannabis and music. Music is one of the most beautiful forms of art.

Music is a very popular form of artistic expression. There are many ways to make art, and most artists have a style that they specialize in.

Some artists use food, animals, or other objects to base their art. Others use colors or other visual cues.

An influential artist was Olin Miller. He was known for using music as his medium of expression. His work included song lyrics, abstracts, and paintings.

His work included lyrics that talked about his experiences with drug addiction, and abstracts that talked about drug effects on the body and mind. These were both descriptive and abstract.

Marijuana and art

There may be a link between marijuana and art. As discussed in the bullet point, artist Pablo Canelillo has said that getting high can help you create.

He has described his experience using marijuana as a creative experience that inspires artistic expression. This is not just a claim by one artist, but by many.

Many famous artists have used marijuana. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, there were more than 5,000 references to cannabis in academic journals between 1933 and 1973, when it was classified as a Schedule 1 drug – which is the highest degree of danger a drug can be considered dangerous.

This includes numerous academic papers on the effects of cannabis in the 1800s and early 1900s where people reported positive effects on creativity.

THC and creativity

THC is a psychoactive chemical in both marijuana and the human brain. When THC enters the brain, it affects how we think and processes information.

Because of this, people who consume cannabis regularly report increased creativity. Several studies have confirmed this, with some even going so far as to say that cannabis may be the most creative drug ever invented.

In one study, participants who received a small dose of THC before working on an assignment showed a ninefold increase in creativity than those who received a placebo. Another study found that taking 15 to 20 micrograms of CBD before working on an assignment was equally as creative as getting no CBD at all.

How much CBD your brain needs depends on how intensive the assignment is, but it always seems to contribute to an increase in creativity.

Cannabis aids inspiration

Intense thinkers are drawn to cannabis because of the psychoactive properties. The compound THC has been linked to a feeling of inward contemplation and concentration.

This is how many professionals use it to get their inspiration. Writers, artists, poets and the like rely on it to help them express themselves.

Some have even gone as far as testing their cannabis to see if they have creative inspiration.

The chemical THC can affect the brainโ€™s uptake of confidence and production of both critical thinking and creative thinking skills. When this doesnโ€™t happen, users may suffer from lack of self-confidence and/or creative thinking deficits.

Cannabis assists conceptualization

While only a small amount of marijuana can be described as psychoactive, the effects can be lasting. According to individuals who have a high concentration of THC in their bodies, these effects can last for about 12 to 24 hours.

In addition to this, the CBD in your body has been shown to have other properties that are not considered psychoactive but may assist in conceptualization. One example of this is the method used to create cannabis-infused beverages such as tea or coffee.

Since CBD has been shown to assist in conceptualization, individuals having creative thoughts may want to look for ways to enhance their intake of cannabis.

Cannabis helps imagination

In his article, about the health and creativity benefits of cannabis, Dr.PM says: “Many creative people find that consuming cannabis as part of their daily routine brings new ideas and inspiration.”

This may be due to the geochemistry of marijuana being different from our own. When THC is consumed, it enters the brain in two ways: it travels through the blood to other parts of your body and it enters the soil where it grows.

The way THC enters your brain is through cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid that doesnโ€™t make you feel โ€œstonedโ€ but does help with sleep. As CBD works in your body without any stress, it may also help with creativity.

Cannabis stimulates creativity

There is a body of research known as cognitive neuroscience, the study of the brain and its functions. Although there are many ways to investigate the brain, creative expression is not one of those subjects. However, there is a body of knowledge known as artistic expression that includes ideas, emotions, patterns, and works of art.

As an artist, you may be familiar with marijuanaโ€™s creative qualities. Marijuana has been described as a creative drug that inspires creativity in artists. Several studies have investigated the effects of cannabis on creativity.

One study involved 9 healthy young adults (between 18 and 24 years old). These individuals were given 10 minutes to complete a creativity test. The test measured how creative they were by how quickly they could answer questions.
