Over the past year, more and more fitness classes and events have started to introduce women into their programs. This is a sign that the fitness industry is becoming more inclusive, as well as a way to market and promote class to audience.

This growth is not just limited to commercial gyms, but community centers and schools also that offer classes. Many women find fitness in socialization and having a purpose behind their exercise, and at least moderately difficult levels.

The introduction of women-focused fitness events is a way for companies to increase attendance and revenue as they cannot always promote themselves at an event with only men present.

the first thing people say when they hear about cannabis fitness classes is: “That sounds like a awesome way to exercise!”. And while it is true that exercise is a great way to relax and enjoy the feeling of the exercise, some people may feel uncomfortable with the group workout environment. Moreover, some people may feel uncomfortable with the fact that they are being taught how to consume cannabis.

There are two main reasons why people choose to attend fitness class with cannabis. The first one is that they want to learn more about CBD (cannabidiol) and endocannabinoids. The second one is that they want to learn how to consume their cannabis in a safe way. There are many ways to consume your weed these days, so there isn’t much need for special training on this topic!

The general rule of thumb when attending a fitness class with cannabis is: no smoking in the area! This includes in the gym, on the floor, or even just outside near entrances.
